Had an easy coffee ride today.  Just went out for a little over an hour to spin the legs out before the weekend.  Cruised along the bike path at the beach, then back home by way of the local Peet’s Coffee. Grabbed a cup of coffee and the New York Times and enjoyed the sun and warmth that has returned to Los Angeles.

Tomorrow I race the Indio Grand Prix, a big money criterium which has most of the big boys.  Sunday is a local 100k criterium in downtown Los Angeles.  Should be a fun mix.  Nice hard day of racing on Saturday followed by a more mellow but still tough day on Sunday.  Lets hope that I can bring my legs and hang on.

I’ll have a report tomorrow evening about the doings of the days action.  I promise that there will be more regular updates on this site… kinda a slacker.
